1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Imoremi Yoruba Academy website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Description of Service
Imoremi Yoruba Academy provides online Yoruba language classes for children ages 5-18 through virtual classrooms, including:
- Live interactive classes
- Learning materials and resources
- Assignment submission and grading
- Progress tracking
3. Registration and Accounts
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Be at least 18 years old to register a child
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Payment and Refunds
All payments are processed through Paystack and are subject to the following terms:
- Full payment of ₦210,000 is due at registration for the 6-month program
- Installment plan requires two payments of ₦126,000 (total ₦252,000)
- Summer intensive program costs ₦120,000
- Refunds are only available within 7 days of payment if no classes have been attended
5. Class Attendance and Conduct
Students and parents agree to:
- Attend scheduled classes regularly
- Maintain respectful behavior in virtual classrooms
- Not share class links or materials with unauthorized persons
- Use appropriate language and dress during live sessions
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to:
- Lesson content
- Worksheets
- Videos
- Recordings
are the exclusive property of Imoremi Yoruba Academy and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Imoremi Yoruba Academy shall not be liable for:
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Internet connectivity problems
- Student performance outcomes
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
